Mr Rohe was such a wonderful asset to our preschool community. I worked with him for so many years and our children welcomed him every time he entered our classroom I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He made our children smile and truly understood the early child hood community. He truly made a difference in children's lives!

Mr. Rohe, as the children and I knew him, was so welcome in our preschool class. We enjoyed his talents over many years in Keansburg. He’d remember children’s names between sessions and engage them in acting out stories. I, personally, am so sad to hear of Mr. Rohe’s passing.

My deepest sympathies to Ann, Jean and Daniel and all of Jim's family. It was Jim who got me started performing stories and songs, first for young children then all ages. Jim's reach of touching hearts and mind goes well beyond those he performed for, if not for Jim I would not have touched as many hearts and minds that I have. May he rest in peace.

We were fortunate to have Mr. Rohe as part of our Kradle 2 Kindergarten for more than twenty years. He was part of our family and we loved him dearly. It was always a happy day when Mr. Rohe visited and it could be seen in the eyes of each student as they sang with Jim or listened to one of his stories. We were all waiting for his return but now he is certainly singing with the angels and at peace. We are better people because of his friendship and will keep him in our thoughts and hearts always. Love, Lynn, Verne, Kimmie, Aimee and the K2K staff, parents and especially the children.

I was very sorry to hear this news. I did not know that Jim was sick. My love and sympathy to Anne, Jean, Dan and other family members. I just moved away from New Jersey to Albuquerque, MM or I would try to attend the services. I never felt that I knew Jim very well, but I often thought (and probably said) that Jim and Anne must have had fabulous genes to produce such wonderful children. And now they are grown! Love and blessings to all.
